The cask yielded only 293 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 58.2%

A light and fruity distillate matured in a hogshead for the majority of its life before being finished in an American virgin oak barrel for added depth, sweetness and floral notes.

The tasting revealed, candied ginger, lemon zest and liquorice toffee.

DISTILLED 2nd Nov 1998 AND BOTTLED 7th Apr 2022

The cask yielded only 106 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 42.9%

Matured in a refill barrel that unfortunately leaked over time. The result is a greater amount of exposure to air which has reduced the alcohol volume and created a mellow, complex and balanced spirit.

The tasting revealed, candied pear, sherbet lemon and honeydew melon.

DISTILLED 4th Mar 2004 AND BOTTLED 15th Mar 2022

The cask yielded only 198 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 53.1%

A medium bodied floral and fruity distillate. Matured in a HHD for 15 years and finished in a first fill ex-oloroso sherry cask from Josafer that brings natural sweetness and dried fruits character.

The tasting revealed, dark chocolate, ginger and mixed peel.

DISTILLED 4th Mar 2008 AND BOTTLED 20th Apr 2022

The cask yielded only 57 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 54.6%

UK Exclusive. A sweet medium bodied distillate with distinct grassy and floral notes. Matured in a refill hogshead before being finished in an ex-Islay refill PX sherry octave.

The tasting revealed, mixed spice, smoked pancetta and apple peel.

DISTILLED 10th Mar 2011 AND BOTTLED 15th Mar 2022

The cask yielded only 292 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 57.1%

A robust and complex distillate with nutty, malty, floral and fruity notes. Matured in a refill cask and then finished in a 1st fill oloroso cask from AJ Hildago for over 18 months.

The tasting revealed, salted caramel, hazelnut and nougat.

This exceptional whisky is created in our unique own special way by blending malt whiskies from different distilleries and differing spirit styles. Each batch is Small, bespoke and distinctively different from the last; blended, married, bottled and hand labelled in our own warehouse where you’ll be glad to know, no artificial colouring of chill-filtration takes place.

Components are Caol ila HHD, Islay Malt Barrel and Caol ila ex-Sherry HHD. The youngest component was 6 years old.

Married together in a butt and the final yield was 552 bottles that were bottled at 48.5?V.

The tasting revealed, Wood Smoke, Chocolate orange, espresso coffee and brown sugar.

The cask yielded only 265 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 53.7%

Founded in 1852 in central Speyside and recognised for producing a full bodied spirit with malty and smoky hints. Matured for 12 years in a refill hogshead and then finished in a first fill ex-PX Sherry cask.

The tasting revealed, Dried Herbs, Dundee cake and Toasted vanilla

The cask yielded only 320 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 54.4%

Islay whiskies are synonymous for their peaty and smoky richness. The spirit from this undisclosed distillery was matured in a refill hogshead and then finished in a first fill ex-Oloroso Sherry cask

The tasting revealed, Pineapple strudel, fresh charcoal and Toasted Marshmallow

The cask yielded only 286 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 57.2%

Founded in 1897 and noted for its medium bodied fruity, malty and spicy distillate. This whisky was matured in an ex-wine barrique for added richness and apple orchard notes.

The tasting revealed, Pain aux raisin, Red apples and Cherry and almond
