The cask yielded only 246 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength of 55.8%

Located just outside Elgin and noted for its use in premium blends, the distillate is recognised as floral and fruity with a medium body. Matured in a first fill bourbon barrel for notes of vanilla and coconut.

The tasting revealed dried pineapple, lemon shortbread and fudge.

DISTILLED 27th March 2012 AND BOTTLED 16th May 2022

The cask yielded only 229 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength of 57%

A light distillate with a nutty and waxy character. Matured in a hogshead for the majority of its life before being finished in an American virgin oak barrel for added depth, sweetness and floral notes.

The tasting revealed blossom honey, fresh ginger and parma violets.

DISTILLED 5th Mar 2010 AND BOTTLED 18th May 2022

The cask yielded only 320 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength of 55.3%

Founded in 1881 on the northern shore of Islay. An unpeated distillate with citrus fruits and honey notes. Matured in an ex-oloroso sherry butt and finished in an ex-Pedro Ximenez hogshead.

The tasting revealed, honey glaze, baked apple and frangipane.

DISTILLED 17th July 2012 AND BOTTLED 27th May 2022

The distillate is medium bodied, sweet and fruity. Matured in a refill Hogshead for most of its life before it was finished in a 1st fill sauternes wine barrique for honeyed notes and apricot.

The tasting revealed, glazed honey, candied red apple and rowies.

DISTILLED 12th Dec 2011 AND BOTTLED 21st Apr 2022

The cask yielded only 250 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 57.7%

Islay's most northerly distillery produces a nutty, honied and citrus fruit style of spirit and "Moine" is the medium-peated variant. Matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for layers of vanilla and sweetness.

The tasting revealed, lapsang souchong, honeydew melon and shortbread.

This exceptional whisky is created in our unique own special way by blending malt whiskies from different distilleries and differing spirit styles. Each batch is Small, bespoke and distinctively different from the last; blended, married, bottled and hand labelled in our own warehouse where you’ll be glad to know, no artificial colouring of chill-filtration takes place.

Batch #2 is an un-peated three component blend of well aged single malts from undisclosed distilleries located from the Highland, Speyside and Islay regions. Married together many years ago in an oloroso butt and eventually bottled at 20 years old.

The final yield was 281 bottles that were bottled at 45.1%.

DISTILLED 19th Jun 2008 AND BOTTLED 18th Mar 2022

The cask yielded only 270 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 58.2%

Founded in 1897 and situated just south of Inverness. This typically fruity and spicy spirit was matured for 12 years in and American oak hogshead and then finished in and ex-oloroso sherry cask.

The tasting revealed, maple syrup, gingerbread and dried apricot.

DISTILLED 28th Nov 1996 AND BOTTLED 9th Apr 2022

The cask yielded only 160 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 51.0%

A Single Grain Scotch Whisky bottled from a single refill hogshead with all proceeds going to Big Hearts Community Trust charity.

The tasting revealed, fudge, honey and nutmeg.

A Light-bodied distillate produced at high strength in Loch Lomond's straight neck pot stills. Aged entirely in a refill barrel for layers of layers of vanilla and sweetness .

The tasting revealed, fresh pineapple and light honey
